  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in the event of inappropriate conduct

To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following policy:

• Kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations
• Failure to attend an appointment (No-show) or cancellations made outside the required notice period may result in a cancellation fee or full treatment charge
• If you are unable to attend your appointment, your booking may be transferred to another guest as a courtesy
• Once a booking has already been rescheduled, further changes will unfortunately not be available, and deposits will remain non-refundable
• One complimentary reschedule is permitted, subject to therapist availability
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, and we are unable to provide refunds or time compensation for lost time
• If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, we kindly ask that you inform our team at the beginning of your session so we may address your concerns promptly
• Once a treatment has commenced, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances
• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services
• Lalin Wellness & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of Gift Vouchers
• Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing
• Additional surcharges may apply for certain payment methods, including credit card transactions
• Public holiday bookings may incur an additional surcharge in accordance with our policy
